1. Introduction

Insight Square (PVT) Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a technology and digital solutions provider specializing in enterprise systems, IoT, software development, data solutions, and IT consulting.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide IT and digital services including:

  • Custom software development

  • ERP implementation and customization

  • System integration (RFID, IoT, AI)

  • Cloud solutions and infrastructure

  • Maintenance and support services

All services are subject to separate project agreements, proposals, or contracts.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes

  • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our systems

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, and materials provided by Insight Square:

  • Remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed

  • Include code, designs, frameworks, and documentation

Custom Development

  • Ownership of custom-developed solutions will be defined in project contracts

  • We reserve the right to reuse general frameworks, libraries, and non-confidential components

6. Payments & Commercial Terms

  • Fees will be defined in proposals or agreements

  • Payments must be made according to agreed schedules

  • Late payments may result in:

    • Service suspension

    • Additional charges

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Project Delivery & Timelines

Timelines are estimates unless contractually fixed

Delays caused by client-side dependencies (data, approvals, etc.) are not our responsibility

Scope changes may impact cost and timelines

8. Changes & Scope Management

Any changes in project scope:

  • Must be agreed in writing

  • May result in additional costs and revised deadlines

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

  • Keep confidential information secure

  • Not disclose sensitive business, technical, or client data

This obligation continues even after project completion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:

Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time.

  • Updates will be posted on our website

  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance
